Woke up, no hot water. Called Peterson. Roger met me at the house early afternoon. Very pleasant and professional. Water heater needed replaced, he explained what would be done and gave the quote. I thought I was going to have to spend a week without a furnace during the season's first cold snap. The people at Peterson Plumbing were so nice and sympathetic to my dilemma when I called them on a Friday morning. They were able to send John to my house that afternoon. He got the problem diagnosed and was able to explain it to me so I could understand. Long story short...he got my new furnace installed on Saturday and now I'm comfy cozy. I'll gladly recommend Peterson Plumbing and Jonn to everybody I know!
