darren was just here to do our spring inspection and as always our guy was clean professional through and did a great job and explained pricing on reccommened repairs, plus i could read his writing on the report
We had a water leak. Peterson was here within 3 hrs and fixed the problem. Tim was very friendly and knew his job well. We have always had a good response time and good work.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Rude, arrogant servicemen who don't even attempt to fix the problem are not my idea of a good plumber. I thought my first bad experience with them was a fluke but after two bad experiences in a row I will not be calling again.
We had a lot of gas blowing up from our sewerage system and making a lot of noise. I called Peterson and they had Roger show up about 20 minutes later. He checked the flow of water through our pipes and said it was flowing normally. He asked if we had any vacuum trucks working in the area, so we called the city and confirmed they had a truck with in a half of a block from us working on the system.
