I had a problem with my hot water heater and John came out within 30 minutes of me calling the the company and had it fixed in no time the guys have a great attitude and help you where they can

For some reason our heater was not working properly and we didn't know what was wrong. Called Peterson out to take a look at it to see what was going on. When John got there he didn't find anything wrong but showed me what to do if that were to happen again. He was very kind and did an awesome job. Thank you guys!!
Called Kim in the office scheduled same day service call. Tech was running a little behind schedule, Kim called to update me. Tech, Robert called ahead to confirm. Once he arrived he was courteous and efficient. He listened to my issue and quickly diagnosed the problem. He fully explained my pricing options and there service plans. No pressure from tech just informative, competent and friendly. I will use this company again and would highly recommend Patterson! Thank you guys for such a great experience.
