👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 I called Thursday looking for a simple HVAC inspection in Montrose which they said they had no trouble servicing. I inquired about pricing & was told 129 EACH system and they would not charge the 59.99$ dispatch fee. I was given a 12-2pm window on Monday. Raymon the tech calls at 12:34 pm already inside the appointment window to let me know he needs to “ cancel or reschedule” according to his voicemail. I’m not even going to address this review or give it the time of day. As I can’t argue with incorrect information. I will never tolerate my office being treated poorly or being sworn at.
I contacted Peterson about a few things in my house and they were here the next morning. The guy was friendly and respectful. He gave me an itemized list of several options and wasn’t pushy about it at all. He was finished in a couple hours and did a good job. I will definitely call Peterson again in the future.
Bob, John and Jeff did an outstanding job with some very complex plumbing and hot water heating issues. My husband and I couldn't be more pleased and will not hesitate to recommend Peterson for any plumbing, heating/cooling needs. Bob, John and Jeff were incredibly professional and knowledgable. And the pricing was very reasonable even for the large amount of time they had to devote to our many projects. We are very happy customers. 😀

JR and Doug did a great job installing 3 valves on our water line where it comes into the house. They were very efficient and reflect very well on the Peterson Plumbing.
