Roger is a great guy and really cares about the company! Knows what he is doing and is a great plumber...Although, my cooler was leaking after he left, he didn't know, so I tried to contact the company and it was confusing and they put me off for 3 days to get back to me....The guy on their service line was hard to hear, and I couldn't understand him. I always use Peterson Plumbing. They are always there the same day that I need them. Roger was professional and very informative. My pipes are working nicely. Thanks Roger. The young lady that answered the phone was uplifting and happy to resolve my situation ASAP. She even offered that they were having a sale. Very happy with Roger and Peterson Plumbing. Kat was great on the phone and rescheduled me last minute. $80 got the job sewer line cleaned out fast and had lots of practical advice and knowledge of local pipes and common problems. I recommend them fer sure!
Chad cared about my problem he made sure it was taken care of and not just rush to do the job. He even informed me that i have a new sewer line which i did not know. I would have chad come again if i needed him and i will tell all the people i know thank chad richard from montrose co.

Roger assisted us with some plumbing needs. He went above and beyond what we expected! He was so professional and yet personable and very knowledgeable. We will definitely use Peterson Plumbing for all our needs in the future.
Worst and most expensive service ever and they can't even tell me what brand of faucet they installed in my kitchen I hate to even call them for warranty work! They did come out and fix it though I had to fashion a tool on the spot to save me from replacing faucet. Thank you Gene Sanders at Sanders Hydraulics for teaching me that you can always "Fit a situation"
