First time using Peterson Plumbing and I have to say that Roger S. was outstanding! He was very clean with his work, did not leave a mess, gave helpful advice on some old plumbing work I previously had done and how to make things better in the future. Peterson is the one I will call for any future plumbing needs without a doubt! Great Job! On time!

We wanted to say Thank You for sending Chad out today to install our new hot water heater. He was good to explain what was wrong with our old one, and what needed to be updated and installed for the new one. It was great to have hot water after three days :) Thank You again!
Devin came out to gave use an estimate. after giving use a estimate We let him go. then we ask him back to do the job. He had no problem doing it. The job along with the estimate was done all in one day. I was extremely pleased with the work.
Thank, you for being so honest and standing behind your warranty. We purchased a new boiler and side arm for our new home in 2010. Yesterday, our hot water heater quit working. We called and Jeff T. Spent Saturday March 1st installing a new hot water heater. He saved the day. And the best part is, as promised it didn't cost us one dime. Thank you' for all you have done for our family. I was extremely pleased with all the work Adam W. did, he seemed to make sure everything was done right. I was pleased that he finished the job in one day, I had to have a completely new heater system, I do wish he would of been more aware of all the mud and soot he tracked on my carpet. He is a very valuable employee to Peterson. I am concerned about my heater's popping noise, but they assure me it's just new kinks being worked out. I am please my house is warm and the heater looks very nice in my house
