RecommendedJR & Doug tackled a tough swamp cooler leak. It was one of the hottest days of the year and JR arrived and diagnosed the problem quickly. They were professional and efficient. They were respectful of our home and worked throughout the day until the job was done. Much appreciated!
JR and Doug at Peterson did a really great job in our house over the past few days. JR is very knowledgable, courteous, hard working and thorough. We had some serious issues with our water heater and water lines coming into the unit and JR was able to work through the issues, fix what needed fixing and successfully install our new water heater. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICES! JR and Bob saved the day! We had some major water pipe issues and these guys came out right away and stopped our house from flooding on a Friday night and then returned Saturday to make sure things were okay. JR came out today and spent a few hours inspecting everything, fixing pipes under the house and giving us cost saving options. He was great at explaining everything to us and just a nice guy! We had a heating issue and these people went above and beyond and got the materials and came back late in the day and finished that evening so that we wouldn’t be without heat the next day. Outstanding customer service who went well above and beyond. Great people!!!!!
