They have terrible return and repair policy. They decide to make a new pair but you have to send the pair need to repair back first. estimate 20+ days to get shipped back.

Absolute worst customer service. The Employees are rude. When it is brought to managements attention nothing is done. The regional manager Chris S****, deemed my complaint resolved before he even spoke with me. Their customer service is a joke.

I wanted to add to my last review about when we sat down to discuss our frames. She gave us the prices of our frames but she had to go back several times and change her math. All this time she knew we were out of network and never said a thing to us. We were thinking we were in network, when she was discussing this and that was covered or not. I went to Pearle Vision in ************* in ******** with a pair of new glasses that I had bought elsewhere. Vision through the glasses was never good since I bought them, but the original dispenser simply couldn't find anything wrong to them despite some serious efforts. Horrible refund policy. I paid part of my glasses cash (over$300) and was told the refund would be 3-6 weeks. I was then told it would be over ten weeks. I'm on the tenth week, late on rent, and my check is being processed.

Purchased sunglasses for my 16 yo son. We customized them online. They were too small so I tried exchanging them for a larger size frame. I was told customized glasses are not exchangeable or refundable. The website states in several places the there is a 45 day return policy. It also has the 45 day policy in a banner at the top of the page. You would think that Ray-Ban would place the return policy for the customized glasses clearly on the customized page.
