This company is horrible! I only have one eye that I can see through and that one needs two prescriptions. I am unable to drive or read without without them. I have been trying to get my glasses for almost 6 months. I had to send them back twice for lacking the same prescription both times. I have spoken with them on the phone, sent emails and had online chats. Hello,I have to report ******* to the BBB and the local DAs office due to this bait-and-switch false promo code that was provided to me under false pretenses. This potentially is a violation of the Fair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act statues and local law. WHAT IS HAPPENING At Lenscrafters? Lenscrafters used to stand behind their products.. It is NOT MY EYES when I can put my old glasses on and still see fine and then put the NEW ones on and NOT SEE FINE. I just wanted my glasses FIXED RIGHT. Make sure you check your EOB from your insurance carrier to make sure you were not overcharged by Pearl vision . Pearl vision charges retail for the miscellaneous charges for the lenses, which is part of the bundled price package they list on your receipt. They are supposed to bill each of the V Codes associated with the price to your insurance company and they do not. I have been waiting 46 days 1mth & 16 days for them to call me back with the amount i owe and what my coverage is for my prescription glasses! My first ever pair! They told me 46 days ago that my coverage wouldn't go through due to my insurance thinking i am out of the province but i am not! Went in on Monday before closing, I was the last customer of the day. Seemed like optometrist was rushing. She did both my glasses and contact prescription in less than 5 minutes. I told her prescription was too strong she ignored me. Customer service rep told me I could recheck with another optometrist. I did on Saturday. The new optometrist ask why I went in again, I explained. He told me I asked too many questions and that is why previous optometrist was not able to conduct proper exam. On July 12th I went to Sunglass Hut a subsidiary of Luxottica in Costa **** **. The pair of sunglasses I wanted was not in stock so the salesperson ordered the for me. The next day on the 13th I got an email that my order had been cancelled. I monitored my bank account to see if the refunded me my $212.19 but after 10 days I still had not received my money back. I called their customer service and was on hold for 25 minutes when I finally spoke to a live person. She explained that they dont issue credits back to your card. S... read more

I ordered Native sunglasses and accidentally bent both of the arms. I have reached out many times but never received any response. All I wanted to do was buy replacement arms. I love the sunglasses but they just want respond!
