I have sent a glasses for the warranty claim and they offered me a voucher. But after couple days I got an email saying they wont give me the voucher which was promised, even though I sent my sunglasses to them. They are liar and they dont have any experience in giving good customer service. Im warning people to not order anything from them. They will send you defective product and wont do anything to help.

Ray Ban has lost a life-time customer. Website doesn't work, is not user friendly, ordering replacement parts is a nightmare. They don't have them- that's the bottom line. No ETA on when items will be available. You can't reach a live rep easily to talk through an issue. Emails don't get answered for days. Ray Ban can do better. For the money they charge, this is not acceptable and too many other competitors understand importance of customer service and will simply lure their customers away. I'm done.

I ordered glasses on 12/8 and still not have received my glasses!! Absolutely horrible customer service. They provided me with FAKE tracking information. My prescription was verified the same day so there was no issue with that. I would like a FULL REFUND for glasses that never showed up. This site should we shut down as this is a SCAM!!!!!

I am giving 2 stars because I liked the doctor otherwise I would rate it 1 star. I have been going to LensCrafters in *********, ** for many years. ********************************* is awesome but I will no longer be getting my prescription filled there. Originally, when I started going there I had no issues with the quality of the lens. However about 4 years ago I noticed a huge problem. I used my insurance to get glasses with glasses.com. They used Luxottica. Luxottica used optimized prescription and changed my prescription. It didn't work, could not see. I am having trouble getting a refund. Please don't use glasses.com or any company that uses Luxottica. Save yourself the agony

I purchased a pair of oakley sunglasses that were defective and replaced under warranty. I received a coupon code for their value but oakley website will not allow me to replace the same sunglasses i already purchased, for $400, because they are now on sale at $30 off. Bought my first pair of Native Sunglasses early 2000's. Had EXCELLENT customer service, until Now? Big disappointment. Guess some high roller Company came in and bought them up? *****? They were an affordable alternative to Oakley Sunglasses. They were true to their warranty statement(s). There was a $30 fee for handling and processing (Very Fair) for replacement Sunglasses. We placed an order online and decided to return it cause it didn't quite fit. From the start of this order, everything was like a scam. We didn't receive any confirmation email from their site, not knowing what's our order ID the entire time. The pickup experience in-store was awful, the package was damaged and half-opened, the staff was rude and not willing to help.
