I object to rating this business with one star. It deserves zero.I was overcharged on my credit card for my new glasses. I received a call (identified as Pearle via caller ID) upon returning home from my purchase of a new pair of glasses. The caller informed me that my insurance covered more of the cost of the glasses and would I please provide my credit card details so that funds could be refunded. I bought a frame and priscription lenses in 2020 and when it arrived the frame was big for my face and I returned it. It turned out that they didn't return my insurance and I was not able to get a frame from my insurance for 2 years! I reached out to them several times and during 4 weeks! finally, they told me they can not backdate the claim while they should have done that at the time of my return!they don't even have a contact number or email that one can reach out to! it's just a chat that the agent will leave the convers... read more

Purchased a pair of *** *** sunglasses a few years ago. They are stored with my other sunglasses, some of which are cheap and others expensive. Only the *** ***s have bubbled on the lenses. Really disappointed with these and now see how low of a customer rating the company has. They fooled me once but won't fool me twice. I will never buy or wear *** *** glasses again. They are junk! Is there a lower star rating than one?

I bought a Rayban sunglasses online during the Thanksgiving sale on 11/27/2021, received my order very quickly thanks for the fast shipping that was great, but later on I came to know that my item is made in China, which in not acceptable at all. Rayban should add note at the time of sale that this item is made in china not Italy, I really disappointed with my experience and started a return request. this is ripoff, the quality and the material they used is very cheap its below the Rayban standard. Something needs to be done so that veterans and military service members don't have to jump through hoops when the prescription they provide doesn't look like everyone else's. Every time I try to buy a pair of glasses, my prescription is rejected because it isn't "standard". My prescriptions are written by an optometrist at a Veteran's Affairs Medical Center. How do you reject a prescription written by a government entity? On the other hand, when I buy from Lens Crafters, there's no problem at all.

*********** is my Vision insurance provider and they informed me that I can go ahead and order my prescription glasses on Glasses.com. However, when I entered my insurance information requested by Glasses.com, they were unable to find me. I contacted Glasses.com's chat line and they could not find me and my *********** information either. Then I called my *********** provider again to let them know. They tried to contact Glasses.com by phone, but Glasses.com only had chat line available, although they had a phone number. The... read more

How do I stop receiving marking emails from Sunglass Hut? I've clicked "Unsubscribe" and followed the prompts to try to unsubscribe multiple times. I have screenshots of my last three attempts to unsubscribe. I've blocked emails and marked them as spam. I greatly regret buying a single pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut 6 years ago! I have nothing against Sunglass Hut, or at least I didn't before I realized it was impossible to opt out of their marketing.

Worst company to deal with. They advertise no questions asked 30 day returns but that is not the case. Will file a complaint with the state government as well

Went in for glasses didnt like them there policy states can return within 30 days so got a cheaper pair they would not refund me the difference in price they dont even go by there own policy. Never will go here again . Called the insurance company and corporate office they said I should of got the difference back and even the store manager said it was a court they were exchanging my glasses no its your own policy. Dont go here
