They knowingly overbilled me for services and will not issue a refund. They tried to cover their actions with the Attorney Generals office by submitting sloppy “backup” thinking it would be sufficient. They have been avoiding the Attorney Generals request for documentation to support their reasoning for months. Because the Attorney Generals office is limited and cannot take legal action, if they get enough people that have valid cases of fraudulent billing then they can escalate the issue. I went to Pearl ********************** and bought Transitional Lens prescription glasses which they promoted that I didn't need sunglasses because the lens would darken in the sunlight. They promoted a sapphire lens which they demonstrated. A week later, when I picked up the glasses, I noticed the lens wasn't transitioning to the "sunglass" shade they promoted. I recently purchased a pair of ********. Being a military guy, you hear this is the brand you need, durable, impact resistant, and effective to get the job done. So I got a pair, and a month later a little pin on the side of my frame pops out. I ordered a pair from Glasses.com prior to reading all these terrible reviews. It honestly scared me into thinking I would not receive my glasses. After ordering them I realized there website was simply bad and had zero options to change or edit the order I just placed. So I sent them an email. not even an hour later I received a response from customer service assuring me my order was received and there would be no issue, but I could return them if I was unhappy. They lost my BOPIS order (~$130, not much) and would not refund me until they completed an investigation - which didn't happen. I received 2 calls and a voicemail that it arrived, but I no longer needed the glasses (I ordered them to my vacation destination and just got them there). I called to tell them they could be put back, but both locations in the mall could not locate them. I went to the store myself after not hearing back..same thing. My name was not on the pickup log, and I had flight information to prove I was not ... read more

It has been such a poor, poor, poor customer experience, I cannot even give them 1 Star!!!I purchased a pair of expensive Sunglasses, returned them with my receipt. Girl at register said they would need to mail me a check??????? A check, ok, not sure why.
