It has been such a poor, poor, poor customer experience, I cannot even give them 1 Star!!!I purchased a pair of expensive Sunglasses, returned them with my receipt. Girl at register said they would need to mail me a check??????? A check, ok, not sure why. She stated I would receive my check in 5-7 business days.I have my receipt, paid with my debit card, so like cash.It has been over 2 Months and still no check.Called the Sunglass Hut in UTC, Store #**** spoke with ***** Assistant Store Manager, and all she said was "There i... read more

They have terrible return and repair policy. They decide to make a new pair but you have to send the pair need to repair back first. estimate 20+ days to get shipped back.

Absolute worst customer service. The Employees are rude. When it is brought to managements attention nothing is done. The regional manager Chris S****, deemed my complaint resolved before he even spoke with me. Their customer service is a joke.

Re: Store 268, **** ****** *** *** ** San Diego CA 92108 On 4/25/22 I purchased one eyeglass frame and three pair of lenses (for existing frames) and was capably assisted by Alyssa ********at a total cost of $991.99 -- very expensive but OK with me. I was not called when the glasses were ready for pickup as promised so on 5/24/22 I phoned, the glasses were ready, and my husband and I went in around noon to pick up my glasses. I was waited on by a man (did not get name) about 50 years old, thin, with graying hair. He was brus... read more

I wanted to add to my last review about when we sat down to discuss our frames. She gave us the prices of our frames but she had to go back several times and change her math. All this time she knew we were out of network and never said a thing to us. We were thinking we were in network, when she was discussing this and that was covered or not.
