Bought a pair of sunglasses from Sunglass Hut located in ******department store in Oakbrook Illinois. A month later while wearing sunglasses the screw fell out of my left lens. I attempted to take the sunglasses back to Sunglass Hut and was told I could buy another new pair at 1/2 the $515 price. Why would I give them more money after spending money for my current pair? Went into a store, worker was rude and was saying I don't know. But he certainly knew offers on line are not offered in store. Understand that one, not. The questions from this person or child if you will was how was I paying for these items. Went somewhere else got exam and all with it, cheaper than you. Will look for eyeglasses somewhere else. Since you and ********have same rating, you guys should do lunch.

Do not order from this company! It took over a month to get my original order. When I received the glasses a mistake was made on their part with the left lens. It took three conversations for them to understand I wanted a replacement and to send me a return mailing slip. I returned the original pair of glasses. After two weeks I had not heard anything so I contacted them. I was told that they had no record of the previous conversations( even though they had sent me a return mailing slip ) and that my glasses were out of stoc... read more

I had an appointment with them scheduled and when I got there they told me it was canceled. They said they tried to call me earlier that day and when they could not contact me they canceled the appointment. When the appointment was made it was confirmed. I did not realize I would need to talk to them again beforehand. They gave my appointment to somebody else. I was also told that I was not able to pay cash I needed to go thru my insurance. I ordered glasses that ran $435.00. There is no easy mechanism to talk to a customer service agent and their chat service is not ideal for resolving issues. As it turned out, they sent me an extra pair of the glasses I ordered in error, and charged me an additional $435.00. I returned those glasses and was told that I would have to wait another two weeks after they received them for them to process a refund. I've had two experiences with Ray-ban that have been less than satisfactory. The first, and most significant was when I ordered a pair of custom glasses which came unfinished, they were rough and felt cheap. I returned them and had to fight hard for compensation, in the form of a discount on my next order. My next order was recently and featured customer service giving misinformation prior to ordering because I wanted a different case for the glasses. Ordered an Oakley Jawbreaker lens. They sent me a Flight Jacket lens. Every communication attempt I had with company, explaining that they sent the wrong lens, and I wanted to send the Flight Jacket one back, to get the Jawbreaker one, seemed to fall on deaf ears. They explained to me that any warranty claim could not be done, then that the lenses are made for different frames, and finally agreed to have me ship it back for a refund. They had no clue they sent the wrong lens style. Please avoid using this company.

My husband and I have been coming to this Lenscrafters for over 8 years, mainly for our annual eye exams with Dr. Steve M*********, who is one of the best Optometrists we've seen over the years. We have purchased thousands of dollars worth of glasses at this store. I ordered vision glasses in an Oakley frame from Glasses.com in Jan 2021. The assembly quality was awful, only the bottom of the lenses was in the frame, the top was sticking out entirely. When I was wiping lenses they were moving and falling out of the frame. I contacted the customer service by chat and they accepted return without apologizing.
