The decor was a bit weird but kind of neat to look at. Food was good. Service was great. The owner was rude... very bossy to her staff in not a nice way in front of customers and stood at the doorway a few times staring our table of two down. She really took away from the experience. She could of just been having a bad day so we’ll give it another shot but if she’s there again and acting that way, we’ll never be back.

I don’t care how good the food is. When the service sucks, it kills everything. We waited an hour (after being told it would be a 30 min wait). Then when we were finally sat, it took another 10 minutes to even get water, and the food took an hour. I had two children under 5 with me. No apologies, no acknowledgment that this is not acceptable service. I will never go back.

RecommendedA love of ours in Baltimore ~ much like many peoples. I love to find that when I return from a year or two to visit that the same people work there. The atmosphere is fantastic ~ for everyone. The menu caters to everyone. We love you Papermoon!
