This small, somewhat eccentric café is a local favorite. The décor is certainly part of the café's charm- bright primary colors abound, the thrift store furniture is mismatched; mannequins, dolls and other toys decorate the window sills, walls and even the ceiling. But it's the food that keeps the locals coming back. It's a terrific blend of traditional home cooking and lighter vegetarian fare. The French toast (served all day) is one of the city's treasures.

RecommendedSuch a wacky place, in a good way 😊 So much to look at! It was fun to just talk about all the different cool things we saw! The food was delicious, especially the milkshake! The staff was friendly and super fast. I'd say one of the most remarkable things to me was how clean it was. Sure, it has tons of stuff everywhere, but not a speck of dust on any of it! Clean windows, floors, dining tables, everything! As a mom of six, I am amazed, because I know how much work that takes 😉

Milk shakes are the best and food is delicious. They do a few mean grilled cheese and their fries are excellent. The decor is exceptional and a delight to take in.
It was amazing. The decorations, the service, the food. All of it :) I can't find any negative words for them. I'll be come back in my next vacation in Baltimore.

First time here and was visiting from out of town. The food was great. Came out fast and hot. Prices were good as well. The service was friendly and I loved the authentic decorations. It’s truly unique !! Will visit again!!
Very odd vibe related to the staff. They seem to overlook the warmth that IS the foundation of good customer service with preoccupation of making sure you know-repeatedly-NO CARRYOUT; while you’re inquiring about menu items and REFUSED to seat me bc my husband wasn’t there to account for the 2nd person in my party of two-during my 2nd and final visit to the restaurant. Really good bacon milkshake and it was my first but will never return bc of really poor customer service.
It’s different food is great a little pricey but it’s great
