This small, somewhat eccentric café is a local favorite. The décor is certainly part of the café's charm- bright primary colors abound, the thrift store furniture is mismatched; mannequins, dolls and other toys decorate the window sills, walls and even the ceiling. But it's the food that keeps the locals coming back. It's a terrific blend of traditional home cooking and lighter vegetarian fare. The French toast (served all day) is one of the city's treasures.

I just had an omelet that was PERFECTLY executed, which is a near elusive experience these days. In addition, I find myself wanting a second omelet . . . It was just that good! Go with the arugula salad, perfect complement to Kevin’s Omelet.
We will NEVER GO BACK! We have been faithful Papermoon customers for almost 10 years. We have noticed over the last couple years, the prices going WAY UP and the service going WAY DOWN. It has made us sad, because we LOVE the spirit of the place, and we love bringing out town guest to experience the place. Today was the final straw. Chocolate French Toast is fantastic!
A near pathological obsession with PEZ dispensers, but great food. Everyone except the hostess was really warm and friendly.
Fantastic food and service.
Pork belly breakfast sandwich was incredible!
