Very quite and staff was very friendly
It was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and inviting, the bed very comfortable. Over all, a very positive experience.. We certainly will stay there again.
The room was clean and the staff was very cordial. Both check in and check out was very pleasant. I also liked how they had a running coffee/tea stand where you could get coffee/tea anytime free of cost. Also ample choice for breakfast items
Caleb was our tour guide, and we had nothing short of a ball! He was funny, informative, and made sure that we had a great time. I would recommend him and this tour company to anybody for Niagara Falls!

The staff was very attentive, welcoming, and helpful. It was nice to see the staff interact with one another, almost like a family themselves. You can tell they cared about the customers and they seemed to enjoy their job. To me this shows that their is someone above who cares about their employees.
Reservations were made for 3 nights with check in at 3pm. Arrived at 2:30 and was graciously checked in. The room was as expected and cool enough for the very hot weather. The best part however was the staff. After having been told the tour we wanted to do would be $300, talking to the manager, we were able to do it for significantly less. I couldn't thank her enough. All staff were helpful and kind. My only criticism has nothing to do with the lodge. While signs are clearly posted for rules for the pool, some parents believ... read more

we had the BEST time! Highly recommend this company. Dayna is awesome! honestly the tour was good but Dayna made it great. super funny, upbeat, while also informative and helpful
