Honestly didn't know what to expect from this hotel just by paying the price I did for one night. But our one night stay was amazing from checking in to checking out. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and big. The price included free wifi and a light breakfast in the morning which was nice and fresh. In another future trip to Niagara Falls, would come back and stay here.
The beds were comfortable and the location was good.

It was a pleasant experience. The room was clean and inviting, the bed very comfortable. Over all, a very positive experience.. We certainly will stay there again.
The room was clean and the staff was very cordial. Both check in and check out was very pleasant. I also liked how they had a running coffee/tea stand where you could get coffee/tea anytime free of cost. Also ample choice for breakfast items
The staff was very attentive, welcoming, and helpful. It was nice to see the staff interact with one another, almost like a family themselves. You can tell they cared about the customers and they seemed to enjoy their job. To me this shows that their is someone above who cares about their employees.
Reservations were made for 3 nights with check in at 3pm. Arrived at 2:30 and was graciously checked in. The room was as expected and cool enough for the very hot weather. The best part however was the staff. After having been told the tour we wanted to do would be $300, talking to the manager, we were able to do it for significantly less. I couldn't thank her enough.
