Advertised 4.5 hours, took well over 6. Most of which was sitting on a bus or in lines. Tour guide added nothing of worth and some stories were wrong. People left our group after first event, he couldn’t keep track of anyone. Told us we could see the fireworks from the cave of the winds, but didn’t even know when they closed, which was before the fireworks. THIS IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!! You can get all of what was seen for half the money elsewhere. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

I took my 4 and 6 year old boys to the Falls for their first time. Our four hour tour let them see the falls from amazing views. Our driver/tour guide/comedian was Brian and he was AWESOME! When we got into our own car to explore, my oldest son said, “Why did we have to leave Brian? He was the BEST!” I would highly recommend this tour!

this was horrible!!! over booked, rude staff. waited 2 hours to get on the bus then told us they were full. no help from anyone they are all dumb and talk in circles. DO NOT DO THIS!!! Update: then lied to us and said new bus at 115...WRONG its 130. If I could give it negative stars I would. Driver refused to give us his name. Extremely rude. Threatened to call 911 because they overbooked and we wanted to go the assigned tour and not wait... Dispatch said " go on later tour or refund, there will be no compensation" then hung... read more
My daughter and I took their tour for our first visit to the area. Our driver, Brian, was funny, informative, engaging and positive. If we get to visit again sometime, we’ll definitely use this awesome tour again!
