Pat R was the best tour guide ever. He watched over us & gave us all kinds of neat information about the falls. He also took time to remember our names & where we were from. That is amazing. It just wasn't a job for him. He took the time to know us & went the extra mile. Strongly recommend a raise for him!

We saw the falls from every conceivable angle and had a great day with our party of 9, including Jairus our guide. We highly recommend this tour.
We went today. The ticketman says IT would takes 4 hours. After 2 hours waiting in the bus we finally went to the boats. There we have to wait all the line before we got in the boats.at goat island we had 15 minutes time to look and take pictures. We started at 11am we finished at 6.pm most of the time waiting. Fernando our driver did his best but there was a lot of complaining by him and several times he told us that we came the wrong time of the year. We went on your tour with Randy yesterday. It was absolutely amazing!! We saw and did everything worth doing in Niagara Falls USA and Niagara Falls Canada. There is no way we could have done all of this on our own!! Randy was knowledgeable, efficient, humorous and pleasant to spend the day with!! We highly recommend this tour!!
The 4 hour Tour that includes Maid of the Mist & Cave of the Winds. It was EXCELLENT!! Brian was a fantastic tour guide. We had perfect weather, a smaller group that was consistently prompt which allowed for Brian to add to our 4 hour tour. We will remember the tour fondly & will be bringing back more of the family!
