I was called 30 min before pick up and informed we would not be going on Maid of the mist due to lines. I was assured the day before that would not be an issue. This company makes promises it can’t keep. Very disappointing.

Unfortunately, being a holiday weekend plus the limited capacity on the Maid of the Mist boat (due to COVID -19 limits), the wait time in line to get on the Maid of the Mist Boat ride was unexpectedly, extremely much longer than anticipated (4-5 hours wait time). When you called yesterday we had no idea the wait time would be that long and had every intention to include the boat ride on the boat. We had an amazing tour with “Dan the man!!”Dan knew so much information about the falls, cave, rapids and park. He made sure we all were together before moving onto the next part of the tours and he made the experience fun and safe! My husband and I were there for our honeymoon and Dan was prompt and thoughtful as he drove us all around. He also checked on us several times to be sure everyone was doing okay. Great tour this past weekend with Dayna! Came back to Over the Falls Tours with our nephew since we also had an awesome tour a couple of years ago with Randy! Love the new buses and how knowledgeable the guides are!! Very aware of cleanliness, safety, and distancing.

Amazing tour! Love every bit, loved seeing the falls from every angle and loved getting to see the Niagara river area as well. Really felt well informed about the fall, the area, the history everything. Our children aged 7, 5 and 3 are still talking about it weeks after the tour. And niva the diva was the best tour guide we have seen, amazing really made a great experience fantastic!!
