Booked this room the last minute. Here to see the falls. I think the room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. Would come back here again. Close to plenty of places to eat. People are very friendly.
Check in was fast and friendly and the reception area is well-arranged.
All staff are very supportive. Perfect for family vacation. Swimming pool with warm water and breakfast was best.
This hotel is a short drive to the falls they also offer a trolley bus pass for FREE which is fantastic
With no reservation, we arrived tired and just looking for a place to sleep. This was the first place we saw when we got off the interstate. It looked inviting and full of families, so we turned in and were so glad the pleasant lady at the desk had a room available. When she told us the price I thought I hadn't heard her correctly--it was so low! Then I wondered what kind of a room we'd get, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The price I paid was very reasonable and the room was nice. The staff are great and there are some restaurants not to far away. Likely you're either going to the Outlets Mall or you're going to the Falls. All of which are close by. This is a good place to stay. I liked it.
My fourth time staying here. We requested a first floor room & was given a very nice one that had a microwave & fridge (which we didn't expect), The breakfast was nice - with waffles, toast, fruit. Staff was pleasant. I will stay here again on my next visit.
Nice hotel. Good location. Friendly front desk. Clean. Visitor center close by.
Stayed for two nights so we can visit the falls, and even thought it was a short stay it was pleasant. The rooms where very clean and the beds comfy with all the necessities like mini fridge and microwave. The breakfast was good, limited items but at least one less worry.
