Great hotel, location, staff and rooms. Very clean, great vicinity, relaxing environment. Very close to Falls by drive and few good food joints too to catch a game or hangout with family. Will be back soon.

The staff especially Janelle at the front desk are exceptional friendly and knowledgeable --they have all the answers--the hotel clean and they are upgrading the rooms-all rooms have a microwave, safe, and fridge--the have a complimentary shuttle to the Falls and Casino--
Great location handy to shop and restaurants-they have a complimentary breakfast which is good.

My husband and I recently stayed here over the long weekend. Easy to locate on Niagara Falls Road, the grounds are very welcoming. Nice landscaping, playground for the kids and a clean, inviting pool. I was pleasantly shocked to see it was still opened.The front desk personal were very pleasant and the office was very clean. A cute little souvenir section that we actually took advantage of before we left. My room was recently renovated with very nice linens, pillows and furnishings. 32" flat screen (HBO package & NFL Network incl.), fridge and microwave.The front desk staff was courteous and helpful.
Rooms were clean, bed comfy, pillows fluffy. Bathroom was clean and huge! Breakfast was very good fruit was fresh, muffins moist and there were 2 Belgian waffle makers. Would definitely stay here again.
