Josh was such a great tour guide. He was fun, knowledgeable, and kept things moving on schedule so everything could be seen and enjoyed in the appropriate amount of time!
This Hotel was a very nice choice for the maoney. It was clean and just the perfect size..It's locations is very close to the falls and I would definately stay there again... I actually luv this place.. The Hotel staff are friendly and assist with directions and most anything asked upon them.. If you are going to the Falls area This Is a great place to stay... I had a Nice TV , Microwave and refriderator in the room
Rooms are clean. Staff is lovely. I will be staying again
I bring tour groups every year on Niagara Falls Tours provided by Over the Falls. They have always been spectacular. The guides very interesting. And their attention to the needs of my group (senior adults) their first priority. Highly recommend this company. BARBARA...from Celebration Tours, Llc.

We took the 4 hour American Tour with Larry. $226. We were promised to see a lot of things that he hurriedly drove by. Have NEVER been on a tour before where the guide took a 35 minute dinner break. He said he was hungry and stopped to get himself a hamburger. What the heck?

George M. was our tour guide, and he was excellent. Friendly, professional, and funny, and he gave side bits of info not located in any guide book. He had a lot of patience, as a large part of the overall group were late both getting out of their hotel to the bus, and then returning from the fireworks to the bus. Yes, he stayed so we all could see the fireworks which was not said to be part of the tour, and when booking lady told me to drive back over to see them. So George saved us all from doing that. This was a bad my wife is diabetic and I have a bad knee,we where push along without too much rest or enjoy anything our guide did not care about our health issues he did not provided water for the group nor any mention when booking, my wife was sick due no ac on the bus I was so sore I could not walk next day I was sick of hear about Canada how bad they are from our guide FYI Canada did a better job and we was not push and provide water for the group this tour has no respect for people with health issues

We stay here for a night while visiting the falls. It was cold but the room kept it cozy, the staff was friendly and they had free coffee.The rooms are ok, like all hotels in the states.
