We had such a great day with Nancy! She made sure we understood customs -coming and going- she was so much fun and made sure we were informed about each stop and all the information in between! I recommend this tour!! Would go with Nancy again in a heartbeat!
Ask for Paul as your guide!!! Had 17 of us for the one day tour, ages 7 to 69 and I have to say we had a great day. Paul was very informative and kept our group going so we had plenty of time to take it all in. This was my first time to the area and I’m so glad we did this tour.

Dayna was an awesome guide! She took us Above Behind and Below the Falls! She was not only a lot of fun, but very thorough in her tour of the Falls area, American and Canadian side. A definite worth your dollar tour !! But make sure you go with Dayna! And tell her Kim sent ya from Maryland!! Take her some Old Bay chips!

Honestly didn't know what to expect from this hotel just by paying the price I did for one night. But our one night stay was amazing from checking in to checking out. Staff was friendly and professional. Room was clean and big. The price included free wifi and a light breakfast in the morning which was nice and fresh. In another future trip to Niagara Falls, would come back and stay here.
The beds were comfortable and the location was good.
