**** be aware of buying any brake parts for any car I bought brake system for my Lexus car. Include rotors,calipers,and pads for front and rear wheels . Less than 6 my front brakes on my car shakes and rattles every use brakes on highway store manger and his helper have no mechanical understanding of breaking system and insist that I have other issues with my car. My brake came with limited life time warranty this is BS . Warranty cover only manufacturer defects. Which really does not cover anything

Referring to a specific store (************* ********, **) I literally WILL NOT ever return to that store, which ***** cause it's just 2blks from my house. I don't think I've ever experienced the lack of help that this store gave me. It wasn't overloaded with customers, instead of offering any kind of concern in helping me all I got was, "what we have is down that isle" that's it !!! Tried speaking to the Manager ******* in the ** store on North Main St. in ********** ** about something I spoke to him 2 weeks ago. I never heard back from him so I called him back multiple times. Each time I called they asked me who was calling came back to the phone and told me he was busy. I also left my phone number they said he would call me back. Got yelled at by a man named **** who claimed to be an associate manager. All I wanted was help resolving the issue. I tried to keep cool about it but he continued to snap at me and went on repeat with his words. Getting louder and louder every time.

I went to the ****** and ****** store. ***** was extremely knowledgeable and came outside to assist me with my truck. Saved me money and did not sell me items that I didnt need.

They stole over $150 from me. 2 days ago I purchased a AC PRO to add freon to my car, which AC wasn't cooling. When I got home and looked at the situation closer, I realized my car had bigger problems with the *** so I decided to not use the tool and return it. They refused to accept the return saying there was less freon in the can that I didn't use. If this is true, then they sold me a used can of freon. Bottom line, I didn't get my money back. So be careful buying anything from this store.

I think when telling a 20 plus year tech his battery is "just out of warranty " yet the sticker on battery ****** says otherwise. Really?? I can count to 24. One word comes to mind SHADY....LUCKILY A REAL PART STORE SOLD ME A BATTERY AFTER your so called manager shafted me. 248 dollars for a battery with a dead short in less that 2 years. Lets do the math 12/21 to 8 /23.......IM WHAT ALTERNATE UNIVERSE IS THAT 2 YEARS?? Needed a new battery, didn't tell them warranty replacement so they charged full price. We have an account through this company since you opened. This was a warranty replacement and should have been caught in the store and wasn't. When I called regarding this, the employee stated we have to drive 6 hours to get this done. When I asked for management the employee was rude and said I can call back and he might talk to me. When I asked to have the mgr call me tomorrow, he said he might call me back.
