Been with the company almost 2 years as a driver, and let me tell you something, stay away!!! Company is horrible, management or shall I say the manager is a joke who likes to harass you, threatens you, bullies you, threatens to retaliated against you. Doesn't do a thing all day, leaves the store ***** times a day to go to the store and goes home, leaves early all the time, calls out all the time, but when you call out cause you are sick, or you have to stay home cause your daughter is sick or school is closed, you get threa... read more

I tryied to get a OEM starter for my **** **** 124 spider ****. They need my starter for the core. What I got back was a aftermarket manufactured piece of junk that was not OEM. I told them I wanted my starter back. They said well we paid you for the core and your starter was shipped. And we can't get it back. So, They s**** me out of a 124 to 310 dollar starter "because that's what it would cost for a rebuilt or new one" and gave me A piece of s*** aftermarket pile of junk 80 dollar starter. One of their drivers for their ********* store was using the shoulder in a school zone to speed and aggressively avoid bumper-to-bumper traffic. Later she was tailgating ** still in the traffic and later tried to use a freeway entrance ramp to cut us off in an intersection and later smiled and swerved at us like she going to hit us. Psychotic.

I bought a left turn signal light bulb today at **********. A very nice young man named ***** replaced the bulb and aired up my tires. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and courteous. I am disabled and have to use a cane to walk.It is very hard for me to put air in the tires by myself. I tried to tip him, but he refused to accept it. I.highly recommend ********** for your automotive needs. Great customer service is hard to find nowadays. Thanks ***** !

Went in to an Oriellys parts store to get a radiator hose for a 2017 Tundra, did not have it, neither did the Advance, NAPA or Autozone, all but NAPA could get it somewhere between 3:30 and 6:30 same day, my comment to Advance was how can you sell parts when you dont have what a customer needs, should have said that to them all!On another note, out of the above named parts stores the only one that I have walked out of because of poor service is ********, couldnt get waited on

I am finished with o Rileys auto parts I ordered brake pads and rosters. I explained they had to get the correct pads because there were 3 options when the vin is entered. I had measurements done for them to make it easier for them. I picked 2 boxes up. I tried to tell them I had pads and rosters. They insisted everything was there. So I leave confused because I told them there were rosters and pads. So I just assumed they knew what they were talking about. I dropped my car off at ***** automotive. Went into the store on 11/18/2023 at around 6:50pm. I purchased a gallon of "Aircraft remover". I went up to the counter and I had 3 digital $5 off coupons that I wanted to combine and use. Zac the "acting manager" said he could only accept 1 coupon per transaction, even though there was no stipulation in my coupon that said it was limited to 1 per transaction. I argued that since it was not written anywhere on paper, he needed to accept my 3 coupons. He gave me the lame excuse it was "implied", instead of in writing. I call... read more

I am 74 worked 8 years for oreillys thought it was a good company to work for but boy was I mistaken. Gave 2 weeks notice and was told I had to so i could get paid sick pay (by store mgr). Wrong, human resources said part timers do not get sick pay when they leave, same Mgr. That forgot to notify main office when I handed in my paper to store manager. Had to call office my self to find out why I didn't get my final check on last day of work, which ****** says was due on last day worked. Again joke. Was told by office dist Mg... read more
