Never in my life have I been so screwed and stranded late at night cause of now the second time there batteries have failed in a 2 month period being dead cells the first time bought 2 New batteries and alternator they checked at first alternator good batteries bad cells and now again I'm stranded at night nothing open and it causing a issue with my schedule and of course money thanks oreallys for selling bad batteries
OReilly Auto Parts of **********, ******* has always been the only place I would go to for parts and nowhere else.. But here lately they're s******* up their parts.. Sadly I'm returning their wrong part they sold me and taking my business elsewhere.. Sorry guys but I'm over the dumb s***

Dealing with store number **** in ********** ******* on ******************* used to be a ******************************* and ***** were great and **** and ***** the managers were even better they knew what they were talking about because they themselves rebuilt motors. The new manager *** is surly and uneducated in the rebuild of motors. Spoke with **** at Oreillys auto parts before purchase. He advised that there store did price matching. They had the gasket set in stock and price was $51.99 . Summit Racing a short drive away had same fel-pro gasket set for $31.99. Not an online line store but an actual retail store. Both managers would not match Summits price. $20 increase. Just filed a police report earlier against the ******** Central City Location, and will be filing a small claims suit tomorrow.. Purchased a starter three months ago, starter went out three months later. Had the starter taken off and returned for replacement, the worker asked for my detailed information and the database didn't have anything under my name.
