The store in ******, ** allows their assistance manager ******** showcase lewd behavior with another coworker during business hours inside the store in front of other staff members without the regard of customers can see them from outside. What kind of behavior is ******** presenting here as they are still employed or seems like there has been NO repercussions for their inappropriate behavior in a professional business setting?

A mechanic in ****** called ******** to get a part number. Was cut off mid conversation. Was told I don't - - - - ing help people from the ***********. then hung up. I hope no Canadian will have any service done by this company

Store in ********* fla would not honor either the 20% discount on fathersday or free pads if you ordered rotors. The guys behind the counter did not know how to honor the advertisements on the web page. Ordered what i needed from rock auto.

********** at 5400 s 3500 w are nothing but idiots. The white ones don't understand what the h*** I'm talking about and the Hispanics don't know how to speak English. But then again what does ******** give a ****. Hire all the non-speaking English people we can to get a **** from the government.

The ********** at ****************************************************************************** is the worst! I needed a battery and because it had been replaced before (under warranty!), they gave me a trashed battery that had three dated stickers on it. It was completely dead and couldn't be charged. I went to a more reputable ********** in the area and they're the ones who told me the condition of the replacement and gave me a brand new one. Worst job ever!!! Can't even make this stuff up. Was hired for full time employment. Then full time was taken from me to part time. 45 day evaluation was outstanding. Didn't make any difference, they were staging my exit. Never late, never missed a day, was highest rated team member for the store in testing. If 0 was an option that's the rating this company deserves. Remember they can terminate you, just by someone telling a lie about you to your manager, without justification to the truth. I have been a faithful customer for years, wouldnt use anyone but them. No more! After purchasing a faulty fuel pump ( over $500) because it was purchased through the shop, they wont return my $ even though, i have the faulty product that i paid that much for, just for them to tell me, well the shop purchased it so you have to go through them. ****, they are being trashy like oreillys so.....

I will never go back to ********** in Wrens. People in there are very rude. They do not have a clue what's going on an it's hard to get waited on. I will will drive a hour away to get my parts now on. Corporate need to pay a surprise visit just to watch but don't tell them you are coming. They are a bunch of idiots that work in this one. What a joke. If there was a zero star that's what I would rate the one in ***** at point blank.
