We have been owners here since 1983. We brought our kids here when they were little and now we bring our grandkids. It's been a wonderful experience. We started out as 'weeks' owners and a couple of years ago, switched over to 'points'. I'm glad we did-\-\it's a much more flexible system, and easy to use. It's time for a class action lawsuit. We were hood winked and lied to. All they did was give us the run arounds. Total bull shit. I would love to get a group of owners together and take them to court. This is nothing but a Ponzi's scam.

Our family was so excited to vacation here! We had been here twenty years ago and had a blast. Last year we decided we wanted to come back with our entire family. The rooms were beautiful and after driving 24 hours it was refreshing to walk into a beautiful room, however later that evening things changed. We decided to sit out on our patio to watch the fireworks at Magic Kingdom. My nephew was walking around the patio bare foot and started screaming saying something was hurting his foot. Last year we booked a room with Holiday Inn. We were told we qualified for a 3 day 4 night Florida Resort Vacation. After thinking about it we decided that we would do it. We were booked in HOLIDAY INN CLUB VACATION ORANGE LAKE RESORT for spring break. I called twice in February/March to confirm details. Great family vacation resort huge condo apartment style homes lots of pools arcade and spaces for kids love the restaurant bar area near the pool

My parents are owners so we go up for the day to swim. My dad got a cabana and it was awesome! A tv, refrigerator, fan, plenty of chairs and right next to the pool. The kids love playing and swimming. It's a great place.

We didn't know what we were getting into for our one night stay. We didn't want to leave!!!! Helpful staff comfortable beds and pillows. The pools...Yes pools...We went to were perfect! The food was delicious and the service was great, we will be back soon!

I've been reading all of these recent reviews and I have to say I was pretty rattled and appalled by what was said.... Our rooms were beautiful- spacious, and fully equipped for our week..This was the first REAL vacation we have taken in 13 years- except for heading up for weekends to my parents other HICV property at Grand Geneva in Wisconsin...
