Very dissatisfied being an owner how we are being treated with an issue we are having!! More comments to come as we deal with this situation.
This was our 3rd trip to the Orange Lake Resort in as many years. We are seriously thinking about becoming owners. One true test will be how helpful the staff is at locating our forgotten property. My teenage son left his two most favorite sweatshirts in his closet. He is heartbroken. So far, after 5 phone calls and an unanswered email, I received an email link to report the lost items. One has his name on it, so "loosing it" (aka stealing it) would be unacceptable.
WOW! Wonderful time with so much to do and so much within a close driving distance! Did not come close to doing everything. The villa was beautiful and very clean. Will definitely be back! Thank you!

We went here 20 years ago when our girls were young, and had a wonderful time. Went back this year with our kids, and grandkids. The rooms looked ok when first walking in, but after awhile found broken glass on not only on our patio but also our daughters patio, which two of my grandkids cut their feet on. Broken glass was also found along with a dirty tub, with glitter in it. On departure, we found out bill to be totally screwed up.
We checked in on April 2nd and so far its been a great time. Beautiful weather and amazing service. We went to our owners meeting today and ended up buying another unit. Now we are owners of 2 units. We love everything holiday inn has done for and with us. We have 2 daughters and right now they will now inherit two units and have 1 for each of them. This Ensures me that they will always have a vacation for them and for our grand children and so on. We do have a 4 yr old grandson who goes on all vacations with us becuz mommy ... read more
Pretty expensive place, so my family chose to try the cheapest entertainment . The arcade. We went to play pool at 9:30 and the arcade closes at 10as it said on the door. We told both men working we need to break a $50 to play pool . But never did they say the pool tables shut down at 9:30. So after we payed $25 to play , they told us the tables shut off at 9:30. We asked for a refund and I was told " it's not my problem & we don't refund." Very rude..! We decided to rush around and play before they closed because we have to... read more
Nice vacation spot for the family. We stayed for 4 days, and would recommend this place to everyone...
