Home away from home! My family loves it here! We have never had any issues, just a lot of fun at a fantastic resort!

I am an owner and this time was just a huge headache when i needed relaxtion the most. Orangelake, do you see a trend with customer service? Do you see a trend with stressing people out as soon as they get here? You have the opportunity to fix it. Stop blowing smoke and applying bandaids....fix it!!!
They could get some recycling containers around the site. Otherwise, really nice lace to vacation!
Everything was perfect had an awesome time...hope one day I will get to return! !

This was absolutely the worst experience and the biggest rip-off . All these pictures have nothing to do with where you are actually staying until you get dragged for 3 hours on the tour. Instead..they put me in some broken-down dive Holiday Inn on the other side of town. That had broken doors that wouldn't locked, it was nothing in the kitchen as far as utensils. They put me in the back of the hotel where there is old truckd and garbage dumpsters and it was horrible. I didn't sleep one night from the noise that the AC had i... read more

We stayed in a beautiful 2 bedroom villa and enjoyed the water parks immensely!
