Well not impressed at all 1- the check in area was super crowded no where to park . 2- rooms are ok 3-the dishwasher its broken and missing a corner 4- the sink smells like rotten eggs 5-the way the rooms are extremely confusing 6-the copy of the resort they give you was printed by a 3 year old very sad � 7- security??? What's that anyone can walk in any part of the villas

Although Orange Lake is a decent vacation spot, the people from Capital Mgt can be rude and will bleed you dry if you don't pay on time...50 bucks a month collection fees plus late charges/finance charges...I've paid almost one and a half times what my yearly fee was....no consideration and they are also very prejudiced when it comes to women owning as a single person. Be careful when you buy...

The employees said our reservations were canceled 9 months ago. Well, can you explain the email comfirmation we recieved 3 days before check-in? Thank God for the internet and my smart phone to prove our reservations and comformation of payment. Not pleased with the service, Tomise and the manager were unapologetic and slow to "try" to fix the problem. After 9 hours of driving, 4 adults and 6 children, no sympathy shown at all. Beautiful resort with awesome amenities...conveniently located to shop for necessities and dining! However you can stay on site and get all your needs met! Absolutely love the Orange Lake Resort❤️❤️❤️
