This place is beautiful and has every possible thing you can imagine! Very safe and secure as well!
Had a wonderful time with my family the three bedrooms was great service was excellent this is the place to stay!
My brother has a week at O.L. We had a great time but when his week was up, I had a reservation for 3 additional days so we asked if the same unit was available so we wouldn't have to move. It was. We asked for a change of linens and towels and a once over cleaning. If we had moved to a different unit we would have gotten at least that. Well they changed the sheets and put in new towels but that's it. They never vacuumed or wiped down counter or table. A bulb was out in the bathroom and they didn't bother to replace it. Nice property but don't expect much when it comes to customer service. Unless you are into wasting 3-4 hours out of your day don't agree to go on their "tour" with the free "bunch" � ...you will regret it!
I've owned at this resort for over 20 years and have steadily seen the place slide downhill. My son is there right now with no air conditioning, having to be moved to another room at 10 at night with 3 small children. They offer nothing to compensate for this inconvenience except a $100.00 credit to use in the resort. I'm disgusted with the "customer service" I just received in the phone with Michael. We had a great time. We enjoyed our stay and will be back. So much to do on site. In the future would be interested in being an owner. Just have to make sure that we can afford it. We will be back. Best vacation ever. Staff was great. Shuttle service was excellent to get to & from River Island
Not impressed - Visited family this weekend - lazy river was dirty and pretty lazy - it didn't move at all you had to do it yourself - family had to go to 3 different rooms to try to find clean mattresses. I have always stayed on Disney property and thought about this place when i saw the web site but nope not now
It was wonderful. The resort was beautiful and very clean. We really enjoyed our stay.
