We absolutely luv this place . We come twice a year. Amazing customer service. Anything I ask for they don't hesitate to accommodate. So many things to do. And tons of pools to chose from. They always have availability ❤️

Met my family who were staying there to celebrate her life long friend birthday. I enjoyed myself at the pool then we went to the lazy river. The only problem we had was with the lockers however the problem was resolved quickly. I may do a staycation there soon

It's a very nice place to stay. A lot to keep the kids busy and the water park was great. Just so everyone knows the incidental hold can be declined at check-in. You just won't be able to charge to your room so you would have to use your own personal credit or debit cards. Overall it was a good stay.

We have stayed at this place twice before. We live in town but we found that it's a great place for a Staycation. However , this time I was extremely disappointed. In our unit , in the master bedroom, there were stains found on the sheets. There was not soap in all bathrooms in the place. When we got up to cook breakfast , we found that the stove was not working properly. There was only one burner heating to full potential. I go to make toast and the toaster isn't working properly. Pushy rude staff and employees once you get passed the pleasant ones at the front desk. It was literally the worst experience of my life, so much so that I wanted to cry from my inner irritation level. Would NOT recommend!!!!

I've visited this resort with two friends who are owners at least seven times and it gets better each time. There are so many fun things to do, different entertainment nightly, a variety of dining establishments that will tempt your taste buds. The best part--not having to drive on property. The shuttle runs every 15 minutes. A great place for a family outing or a girl's get-away! Can't wait to come back again!

As owners since 2016 we Love this place too much, my husband and I spent a great time together, best time share ever ,river island 🌴 it's a paradise, best 🍍colada , wishing to be here more often .

Few minor problems...map is too small to read....does not indicate where restaurants have indoor seating for those who don't want to eat in the heat....we were accommodated when we complained at the River Island restaurant. Guests do not obey the 23 mile an hour speed limit...need additional speed bumps. Beautifully manicured grounds...easy to access with two entrances/exits. Was centrally located for our needs.
