We got a sweet deal for a room in West Village on Expedia so I hate to complain but we could hear the music and pool noise from our room every night until 11pm. We could hear the people in the rooms next to us and walking up and down the hallway. We had 2 days to enjoy the pool and 2 days of theme parks. We checked in at midnight. Spent our first day at the resort. Es un lugar espectacular para disfrutar ya sea con tu pareja o con toda tu familia. Lo recomiendo, realmente es muy bueno.

We had 10 of us 4 kids and 6 adults in a 3 bedroom villa and it was great. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had no problem with check-in. We are new owners and felt very good about our first experience. I look for clean and courteous, and that's what I got.

I would definitely come back. Its beautiful, lots of activities, kid friendly and adults activity, friendly staff and shuttles. I rated a four because it's suspose to be no pets and this dog keeps barking keeping me up. I guess security couldn't find who it is. Also, it's 77 in my room and I have it turned down the 68.

Total nightmare! Check in is 4 pm. Arrived at 4:30 to make sure room would be ready. Waited in line for an hour and a half before getting to counter. Not enough staff available for the check in counter. Then you get to wait in another line to get a "parking pass"! Room was clean. Bed was so uncomfortable, I was crippled the next day. Room was on first floor with 16 AC units outside the only window. Can you say "noisy"?? Suuuuch a wonderful place for the family lots of fun within the property and just under 5 miles for other great family fun and the customer service was extremely great ,friendly,and professional I will be back for more family fun😍😍😍
