We stayed for one week. The resort itself is Beautiful. There's lots to do without needing to leave the resort. The shuttle drivers were Extremely nice & helpful with resort information & events. The problem was with Management. They were Very Rude & Disrespectful! Our Mother had 5 rooms on the same floor for our family vacation. One room flooded from a broken pipe. If you have a handicap or disable person coming with you.. Dont do it!!! The pools have the lifters that the staff dont know how to use.. So I guess thats why they keep them cover.. My daughter is wheelchair bound n the staff would see my husband trying to put her in the water n didnt even offer to help.. On top the villa was disgusting dirty.. I had to clean it myself.. And my friends we are not just talking.. We do own our place here in Holiday Inn Club Vacation Resort.. Kissimmee Florida. Honesty think before you get caug... read more

I've been on several vacations with my family, but nothing like this. My family and I decided to stay at the Orange Lake Resort and it was one of the best decisions we could ever make. The crew was extremely nice, everyone went above and beyond. The rooms were nice and tidy. It felt like home. This was our first but definitely not our last time. It was a vacation to remember.

For the price, it's not a terrible place. We were set up in an older 2 bedrooom, 2 bath villa. The furniture, design, and carpet was dated but pretty well maintained. Check-in wasn't too convenient. The line was very long. However, I am an IHG platinum member and was able to skip the long line. After check in, the staff pushes you to another desk where some one will try to get you to take a 90 minute tour an sell you a timeshare. They offer you free park passes, otherwise you will have to pay to use one of the water slides, ... read more

We were only going for the weekend to meet up with the rest of the family for a quick getaway. We arrived late due to some personal complications. Once checked in our villa was beautiful and we could wait till morning to start our day. I was awaken by a phone call at 9 am by Jasmine at x1111. We spent a few days at OL resort and had a great time. Our villa was beautifully laid out and had plenty of space for all 10 of us that stayed. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable, typical hotel beds. The jetted tub in the master bathroom was a plus! We visited each pool on the property and they're all a lot of fun and beautiful. My kids had a great time and we ran out of time to take advantage of all the amenities. We would definitely book again!! Not impressed, not really sure where to begin. Checked in Saturday evening 6:30 ish, stood in line for over 20 minutes, then I was told I needed to put up a deposit, since I rented from the owner. Then had to stand in another line for the parking pass, only to find out the water slide, lazy river , golf is all an extra cost and they don't take cask anywhere on the property.
