What a great resort. The people are nice. The amenities are vast. The rooms are clean and large. Kids love the pool and super slides.
People are friendly the rooms are very nice. I love the pools and jacuzzi. The food is out of the world
Love it. Think they should lower the cost of golf, tubes and mini golf for owners
I have a lot to say but I'm not gone say.... U have to go and experience it for yourself .....I don't want to spoil it.... U MUST GO AND EXPERIENCE A TIME OF YOUR LIFE HERE...... I'M OWNER...
We are owners and love our time at Orange Lake but I am a little disappointed that owners are not offered more discounts for amenities. Owners seem to pay more than other guest for amenities and tickets, I think it's time to offer owners more and guest less.
This place is a real scam and have absolutely no respect for military families ....stay clear don't waste your time
Loved everything about this resort the staff were very helpful with activities galore! Our favorite was the lazy river which we did three times in one day! Loved that although some attractions were further away because this place is huge they offered shuttle buses! We are owners now see we were given 10% discount to use at restaurants and shops! Great vacation lots to do with children too!
Our stay has been a great one and sad to check out tomorrow. The only negatives we've run into is check in is crazy crowded, no where to even park. If you aren't IHG platinum or gold members good luck! (We were, separate line but still was slow) and the pools are surrounded by a brink like surround that gets so hot it's like walking on a frying pan. I've. This was my second stay there, and definitely has improved greatly. There's plenty to do for everyone in the family. Unfortunately there is a lack of communication and the front desk does not know as much as they should about the rooms and activities. We had a renovated room which was absolutely beautiful and clean. Eight at breezes restaurant twice, and the food was great. Service was so-so but fine.Would definitely go back to this property.
