The resort it self is amazing!!! I even got a free upgrade... The room was awesome my kids was really amazed loke we were at home. My kids and I didn't get to do everything do to other events we had planned but the bit we did do we had lots of fun... The only thing I didn't care for was them holding my funds for incidentals plus my remainding balance and when I check out they charged my card again for the remainding balance while my other funds are still on hold. (Warning!) It takes 2 to 3 days for funds to be available.
Quick checkin, huge resort with lots to do! Loved the jet skis and lazy river.

Great place! Very convenient to all Disney attractions. The Villa's are very spacious and family friendly. Nice kitchens and comfortable beds. The only draw back was the tiny tv's in the unit, especially the tv in the living room, not very inviting. My family has stayed at this resort four times in the past few years. Nice pools but the lazy river floatation tubes are $9 per day....bummer! My family visits as Renters not Owners, we don't get harassed about tours and upgrades, we simply say, "No thanks!"
Everything is very clean. The views from the balcony of the golf course or spectacular. Kitchen is very well designed and has everything we needed to cook with. The staff very willing to help in any example. Very nice and enjoyable stay will come back again.
Great resort! We stayed in the West Village. Our unit was very clean. We loved the pools and close proximity to Disney. The only negative is the pressure they put on you to go to a sales seminar. Other than that we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back!
