Should be a nice place, except for the cockroaches, only half the staff was any good. Don't tell your kids about the 100 points in the arcade, it's one game, all they do is the bait and switch, promising a two night stay anywhere, they lied again, I will never ever go to that place again, also don't bother eating on the premises the food sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ever since I provided my cell phone number to Orange Lake Resort in Orlando, FL I have gotten 7-10 scam phone calls daily. Not a joke. I am so fed up! Be aware this company sells your information.

I just arrived at the resort today. My mother is a VIP member and she is eligible for Signature Collection. She asked me to come to the resort for the first time in over 10 years. We call and schedule a time when we can get a signature Collection 2 Bedroom with a 1 Bedroom Lock-out. The representative is helpful, finds a week that a signature room is available and even explains how I can go online and see pics of the room that we will be getting on the top floor. A fee for new towels and a fee to have our beds made? Terrible customer service. I pay 4 THOUSAND DOLLARS a year to have to pay for someone to make my bed and give me a clean towel. Losing my business for damn sure.

Absolutely incredible. So big, with so much to do on the resort. All the villages had their own pools and amenities, but it was so fun to try everything. Golf was fantastic as well!

This is our first time here, we have been to many timeshare places and this one by far is the worst. Dirty, unpleasant crew and overcrowded. Amenities are not well kept and nothing is updated. The rooms are old and the beds are not even queen size. Overall not happy.
