A wonderful and relaxed place to rest good service and very good restaurants.
The resort is absolutely beautiful! So much to do, but the staff at restaurants and bars are sooo rude!! I'm all about customer service and if you hate your job make it easier for all of us and just quit. It was extremely disappointing especially for the price you pay per night, per food and per drink.
Great time, great facility! We never had a reason to leave the resort, this was the best place to regroup and recharge before heading back North to finish off the school year.
I have been an owner for twenty plus years and have enjoyed my visit every year. I have not converted to points and dont see a need as I purchased a week that has always worked for my family. Just about the time when things would look old the following year it would be over hauled. This year my entire unit has been re done and its beautiful. As far as the yearly sales pitch goes just say no! I dont want to convert.
We loved this place, so many things to do, great service, you could just spend the whole time at the resort. We are now a part of the family. We can go to all of the resorts.
Owners since 2008. So much has changed and while we love coming here, we're disappointed to see the inconsistencies in updates to the rooms in the different villages. Prices are okay as far as food and drinks but I think it's a bit much to charge owners rental fees for tubes for the lazy river when other places don't. Biggest problem is with the "owner updates" every time we visit. Not at all what it appears to be. Please read all 40+ pages cause its alot of hidden info not told to you by them. If they tell u somthg, record them cause they about mKing their noney and want us to just keep spending and they not offereing your monies WORTH. Im not happy with the lies at all

The last 11 out of 12 reviews were 1 star, the other was 2 stars. Obviously, the place is going downhill.
