I'm so in love with this place. We have been proud owners since 2010. Great place to take my kids to have fun.
From the moment we walked in they lied! They took a $250 deposit off the card (which is understandable) BUT we asked if it would go right back on the same day we Check out and the guy said absolutely and assured us it would and at check out the very RUDE manager said it takes a week didn't even care that her employee lied out his teeth but sadly this isn't the end of our horrible experience ,to start it off, waiting in a long parking lot with no parking spaces and wasn't organized at all cars everywhere and almost running in... read more
I paid a Premium Price to stay at this establishment, only to find someone had bled previously on the bedsheets. It was obvious that the sheets had not even been washed or even taken off the bed before allowing the room to be reused. When pointing this out to management I was just offered a " Free Buffet " for my inconvenience. This is the Epitome of Filth and Irresponsibility. Holiday Inn is usually known for quality, but I Would Not recommend this establishment To Anyone.

Extremely disappointed with this hotel. Worst timeshare experience ever. I had requested early check in and arrived at hotel at 12. Room was not ready, I was told it would be ready shortly and i would receive a call. I called several times to see if room was ready since I saw other families checking into the same building. I was told room would be guaranteed by 4:00pm. I did not receive a call till 4:40pm that the room was ready. for some reason i was given a handicap room which was completed outdated with out the waterview ... read more
