This place is a scam!!! After sitting through an extremely long, insistent tour, we decided to purchase their Vacation package for $1500. We paid this in full and when we tried to book our reservation they said the contract expired. NO VACATION AND NO MONEY BACK... So i guess we donated our money to these people. Great service staff that go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. The resort is always clean and people are expected to respect others. High standards are met here.
Fantastic resort, loved the villa we had and loved river island. Definitely going back , no question about it. May get a timeshare in the future
Tell people what I think about Holiday Hills Resort. Save your money. Do not sit through a presentation they will tell you that Holiday Inn is all about happy owners. That's crap it's about money. We had to move units due to BEDBUGS. We left our stuff behind to be treated. 3 shirts were shrunk in the process of the high heat. I sat through a 60 minute (2hr) meeting to see what the difference is between Silverleaf and Holiday Inn. They need an adult only pool ..patents bring babies who cry the entire time.
Once you've paid you're officially doomed. My guess is they keep cleaner rooms for new customers, those who are still wondering wether or not they should invest in there timeshare. If you do invest you start getting the crappy rooms, terrible service, you have to deal with their sales representatives who are trained not to givs you what you paid for. Stay away from that place and everything that as the Holiday Inn, IHG tag. I would be ashamed to work for that company.
