I have been fighting for months with this hotel. Save yourself the trouble and don't ever stay here. After making me pay extra for a "no deposit fee room" they fraudulently charged my card anyways and made no attempt to rectify the situation. Shame on them. If you value you're money and private financial information stay elsewhere.

Horrid customer service. Why stay somewhere with customer service you can't trust? These people don't care about their customers and lie to get money from you. Stay away.

Loved our Villa! Was very nice & spacious for all 8 of us. Definitely will come back to stay again.

I love it here, and the kids have a blast, now on a personnal note, the previous negative comment made apparently that man has no clue and by the message written he is at most confusing this place with another. I have been an owner since 2008, and i have never heard such a thing, yes there are things that happen just like with everything in life, but that individual is lost, and does not know what he is saying, does not even make sense, it even does not apply, so i dont know where he got his info from, all i can say is that ... read more

Own here and absolutely love it. Great accommodations close to the parks. Lots of family fun and very safe.

Sales team are selling all fake promised tkts for Universal studio. Just for the sake of closure they are promising all false things. When we exchange the voucher bought at the gift shop at the window they give us some other tkt. The customer care team also does not help us when we call from the park. The service is very bad. Disappointed big time will never return to this resort.

My Family & I visit this Awesome Resort for our Family Vacation. The Property is beautiful, clean, & very well maintained. The Villas are Spacious & it's almost like being Home away from Home. The staff is polite and helpful. I'm currently planning our next year's family vacation & we will be staying here again! What you see is exactly what to expect when you arrive.!

We come here every year for our Wedding Anniversary & Thanksgiving with our family here in Florida! We always look forward to this time of year!!
