Outstanding resort, no need to leave. Plenty of amenities, plus an adjacent Walgreen's. Here's the age old problem: time share "seminar". Painful. Excruciating. Like a visit to the periodontist you can't wait until it ends.�

Very disappointed with Orange Lake and their Customer Service. Clearly, Orange Lake / Holiday Inn is NOT interested in their members. I asked to speak with Customer Service and I was told if I had any issues I would need to write a letter and send it in. Really!????? Are there that many complaints that come in on a daily basis that they do not have enough Customer Service agents to handle the calls? What are my maintenance fees, etc. being spent on? This place is an oasis! Its huge, so much to do and there are plenty of restaurants to check out. The pools are amazing and i think having shuttles to transport everywhere is crucial! Our room was perfect. The only downfall was how much they charge you to do everything on the resort. 9$ for one hour on a waterslide is extremely expensive. If you're going to stay in the resort and not do anything else then its worth paying for all of the amenities but if you are going to parks then there is no point.
As timeshare owners for many years and numerous exchanges, this was the best resort! Staff very accommodating and amenities galore. Look forward to staying here again! You will not be disappointed.
