Orange Lake sales management are a bunch crooks. Don't ever buy anything from this company. The bait and switch game is on. Came down 2 years on 3 day free vacation tour that took 4 hours not 60 minutes. While we did not buy a time share we did buy a one time 7 day $1500 Latitude package. We made the reservation after we paid it off within the 2 year window. We had to sit through another 90 minute sales presentation to which was described we get $700 cash back for the tour. One only problem "NO ADULT ONLY POOLS" nothing wrong with children but when on "VACATION" I really don't want to hear babies crying, children screaming, or dodging a football coming at my head! I was really hoping the breeze bar and pools would have been adults only since they serve alcohol there and most of the adult activities are held there. Having the Breeze area as adults only would have gave it a 5 star.

It was just really awesome for me an the kids… we are a first time buyers we have our own property let's see how it works out is always an open door for New Beginning New start… super awesome

After reading all the negative reviews Im excited to say i had a fabulous time.. Oct 16-Oct 19 my only complaint is didn't stay long enough.. check in was a breeze... Room was fantastic the grounds impeccable.. I said no to the presentation but reluctantly I went..Didn't feel the pressure. My daughters loved it so much i decided to become a new owner... We can't wait to come back...Thank you for allowing the late check out....and allowing my family to create new memories.. Ms. Ausberry

This is a great place for families. We had the best time and can't say enough about the staff. Every member of this team is friendly knowledgeable and accommodating! Our kids had so much fun during sunset celebration every night. ( Peggy was awesome! ) Powers that be should reward this staff!

We, after first buying in 3 years ago, are now Elite owners. There have been some bumps along the way, but I am unimpressed with the people that claim to have been here many times and then rate Orange Lake with a 1 or 2 star rating. I come here from Wisconsin at least 7 times a year and have been treated with wonderful grace (even when we were just starting out). My wife and I love coming here.
