My sister and I own a timeshare here. We come to this location every year and are never disappointed. The grounds are kept beautifully landscaped. It is so lovely that it's like paradise. It is also centrally located. There are restaurants, shopping centers, Walgreens and Publix nearby.

Very relaxing , have great entertainment for the kids and wonderful pools . Accommodation is nice and the rooms are well equipped,the only thing is the water pressure. Showers tinkle not a full stream

A beautiful spacious self contained semi detached bungalow with rear views overlooking part of the golf course and lake. Idyllic.

We have been owners for three years and have been back here six times. We love coming here for vacations because this resort has everything that we need and the staff are fantastic.

Worst check-in experience of my life. Got to the resort a day late due to the hurricane and was told there were no rooms ready. Ok, that's understandable, but no one ever called to say the room was ready. After sitting on hold forever I finally got a room number. Get to the room and it is occupied by another family. Went to the front desk and got keys for another room and that one wasn't even clean. The beds were unmade, there were towels everywhere, and there were all kind of rags in the sink. The 2 bed, 2 bath condo was enormous!!! Place was very clean. Great layout for kids, you are able to put the children to bed and stay in the huge dining and living room watch TV and/or eat without disturbing sleeping children. There were plenty of pools including the pool with no steps and lazy river. Drinks at the tiki bar at the pool with lazy river were fantastic. Place is very family friendly. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, Disney parks are a short drive away.

I have just experienced one of my most horrible incidents at Holiday Inn Orange Lake City Resort, Orlando. Being a guest in apartment no. 2598, my two years old baby was stuck alone in the bedroom and we couldn't open the door. We have spent more than 15 minutes trying to call for help but we were on hold, we got out of the apartment and called the room service who were able to do nothing as they have master keys only for the apartments not for the rooms. Great club with friendly folks everywhere. Perfect location to visit the Mouse and plenty big enough to just stay here for a nice relaxing week. We upgraded our ownership and are excited about coming back for many years to come!

Have had 2 previous good experiences at Orange Lake. This time our stay started with a dirty bathroom, like never cleaned the used soap was in the shower. It took 2 housekeepers before it was finally cleaned at 11pm. The AC unit wasn't working properly and the dryer didn't work. After our stay our credit card was charged $700 for a tour that we were apparently scheduled to take that we were not made aware of at check in. We had already paid $1700 for our week which is now up to $2400.00. Very disappointed. I will not be back... read more
