Stayed here for 5 nights in a 2 bedroom Villa. Too much traffic on the resort especially for little kids. The units were pretty nice. The beds are pretty stiff. The dishwasher and laundry machine are pretty loud so avoid running them at bed or during nap time. I think it's ridiculous they charge $9 to rent a tube for the lazy river. I also called down here before flying to see if life jackets were on site, they told me they were, we got here and found out there were not. Major inconvenience, had to buy some and ship back. Luego de pasar unos días con la familia debo decir que es un complejo recomendable solo que debería modernizar las unidades y evaluar la asignación de estacionamiento ya que es muy mala y cada cual ocupa el que quiere. El resto es recomendable

They nickle and dime you on everything, poor parking, unfriendly staff, room in ruff shape. Over priced thankfully I don't own a time share here!

Beautiful does not come close! Love all of the accommodations and fun activities for the children. We will be back for sure. Especially now that we are owners!!!

Buenas! Hicimos una compra por Internet para el mes de enero y lo enviamos para que lo recogiera mi hermana Karen Porras Arguedas y cuando preguntaron dijeron que no lo habían recibido. Esto no era cierto porque según la compañía de envíos se recibió a las 11:00 am y en la noche dinero que el paquete estaba en una oficina que estaba cerrada que ellos enviaban el paquete a Costa Rica! We came for three nights to escape Mardi Gras. At first it was great, but the second day we were here we returned from a theme park to find our door standing open and a strange car was parked out front. I ran to the guard shack (literally ran because I was panicking) and the guard's first reaponse was to tell me not to beat on the window. It took security almost ten minutes to come check it out. Depois de horas na reunião de apresentação, finalmente conseguiram me convencer a adquirir 133.000 pontos. Sou do Brasil e me garantiram que teriamos muitos resorts e hoteis à nossa disposição no Brasil. Ocorre que não consigo falar com ninguém, ninguém me dá retorno aos meus e-mails sobre a lista dos resorts e hoteis para escolher aqui no Brasil. Muito chateada...

We are finishing up our week here and love it!!! When we checked in we simply said we are not interested in time share and that was it. Never harassed again. The pools are amazing drink special activities for the kids! We played in the bag toss every night and kids did the family night time celebration. Free face painting!!
