There should be no reason that those who are legacy owners have to buy another package especially when you are told flat out that it wasn't at all a sales pitch & we would be switched to the new system as well as allow us to have access to the villas to accommodate my disabilities. Regardless of having disabilities being owners since 2001 pre-merger we should have been grandfathered in to the new system!!!!

Don't want to leave today. Send coupons....lol! Traveled alot in my lifetime and had one of the best times ever. The staff were amazing, good job! The grounds and rooms were spit shined and I just can't say enough about this place. Great vacation here and will highly recommend and will certainly return. Again, sad to leave...thank you Holiday Inn. You NAILED it... :)

I have been a actual owner here since 14 years ago today. Before Orange Lake was purchased or merged with Holiday Inn Vacations. For years I sat through the owners update which is just a gimmick by the sales department to sell you another week. I went to my last one in 2009 after the merger, I wanted to get information about the merger. I was told by my salesman that he was not in the information department. My favorite place to relax, enjoy family and do all the things you like to do under one umbrella! Able to enjoy lots of entertainments in the great city of Orlando.

Had the most wonderful vacation, room was spacious, comfortable and clean. Loved the veiw and activities. Would not recommend doing the 60 minute presentation for discount tickets, it turned into 21/2 hours, and 4 closers that would not take no for an answer , if you are not interested in purchasing, pay the extra the frustration is not worth a few dollars .... live and learn . Still enjoyed our stay very much, staff was frindly ,and I definitely would recommend.

I don't agree with the extra charges as far as activities. The villa was fantastic except for needing more sheets, blankets and having to put them on ourselves. Very spacious! They think of everything laundry soap, dishwasher, cooking supplies, plates, and silverware! They recycle and have a lot of "green" options. Their pool area snackshops need to be open same hours as pool. Most people come back in afternoon to swim...would be beneficial to both client and resort. Grocery store less than 5 min away.

Disappointed. I was looking to switch from Diamond Resorts to Holiday Inn Vacation Club. Large amount mold in kitchen cabinet, took 6 hrs and 6 house keeping personal who did not have proper info to clean up. One point someone walking in with a can of paint to paint over the mold!!!! Two Raccoons living in garbage can in front of our door. We looked to pool staff for info. And were told lazy river was closed, not true open for 3 more hours. My parents have been owners since the 1980's and we absolutely love it! It feels like home and the resort just gets better and better. And it's even better that you are only 5 minutes from Disney world!!!!
