The appearance of the resort was great. Rooms look nice and spacious. This is the ONLY resort I've ever been too that charge for everything. How do you charge for the floats on the lazy river and tell the guest they can't being their own? You charge to go down the water slide and evertime I turned around there was an additional charge. You advertise all these amenities but do not advertise that you have to pay additional for them. Next time I will go to another resort that don't nickel amd dime people.

Went on a family trip this weekend, and everyone enjoyed themselves very much! River Island is a great place to hang out all day long with lots of pool space and tons of activities for kids! Only qualm we had, was the wait for the shuttles, and the attitude of some of the employees. Waited over 30 minutes multiple times for a shuttle to and from the pool, got lied to about when a pick up would occur and having the doors shut in our faces multiple times. It was absolutely fantastic love everything about it. very nice welcoming. glad to be A part of the family now will be using it a lot. The rooms were solutely beautiful Injoy it. The people were very nice the hospitality absolutely great the resort itself was too die for. So happy we went.
Simply the best organization to work for. Once you have experienced the professionalism that they have developed over the years, you will see that they are second to none in the travel industry.
