We have been owners for over 10 yers and love our two bed room in the West Village. I did notice a difference this year in the way the staff responds to requests. They are always courteous, however there response to issues left something to be desired. They are emphasizing their treatment of VIP or preferred owners who have over 300 thousand to 1000000000 mil (signature), points. It was good. Very good. Not excellent. But still very good. If you intend to enjoy yourself then you will.
Just had dinner at legacy sports bar and grill. Dinner was terrible. This is Monday. People have just checked in and you are out of stuff. No ranch dressing for salad. Baked potato was old and had been reheated. Cod dinner was just bad. Fish was not flaky like it was supposed to be. Coleslaw was soured. Sent back 2 dinners and part of third. No manager even came around. Won't go back.
We've been owners since 2001. This last trip I was not impressed. There needs to be an age limit on the hot tub, like 15+. We had little kids doing "canon balls" in the hot tub while we and others were there to simply relax. There was no time of day where there wasn't a child in the hot tub. At the main pool, a child had relived themselves in the pool. The only thing the staff did was scoop it out while other people swam in it!! I love coming here they the best Resort I have ever been to. I look forward coming each time.
Fun for all ages and relaxing for everyone. Organized activities and staff are friendly and helpful. Live watching the nightly movies while in the pool with the kids. Mini golf, slides, rock wall, I just don't want to leave
